From the moment we stepped into the house, we were drawn to Angela. She has a relaxed, welcoming, yet delightful disposition about her. She is relatable and friendly. We were able to explore the property unhindered, but any questions we had, she was completely available to us. She knew most of the answers to the questions we asked and anything she didn’t know, she got back to us promptly. We had no realtor, ourselves, and really hadn’t even thought we’d be buying a home just yet, but we liked the property and decided to pull the trigger. We were at the property far longer than we would have thought we’d be, but we really enjoyed the chat we were having with Angela. I’m not sure we would have put an offer in on the house if there had been a different realtor. In working with both us and the sellers, Angela was very fair and helped us all to come to an agreement swiftly. She checked in with us often, and showed up for both the inspection and the appraisal-- being both attentive and “on top of it”. If we ever decide to sell this home, or want to purchase another home in the Flagstaff area, we will definitely be calling Angela!
